Dating Mistakes

By S. A. Baker Dating mistakes can kill a dating relationship. Do you know what dating mistakes you have made? Do dating mistakes hold your relationship back? And, do mistakes like these get forgotten later on? Dating mistakes are simply things that you just dont do right. To avoid them, though, you have to know what your partner considers a dating mistake. Open communication is a must and this is often the worst dating mistake you can make. Talk about what you want, need, and expect in your dating relationship. Dating mistakes of this nature often lead to misunderstanding and dating can even end here. Dont expect too much, either. Dont put high standards and expect your dating relationship to survive. Understanding the other persons need is so important in dating. Dont underestimate and dont over estimate your date. Dont lie. This dating mistake will leave you out on the street! Trust your date. If you ever plan to build a relationship, trust must be something you and your date have. Dont forget your dates feelings. The most successful dating relationships are centered on people who always put their dates feelings ahead of their own. To find more, check out http://www.getdatingtips.com. Dating mistakes can leave you out in the cold. If you are someone who can not over come these dating mistakes, well, just face it, dating is not something youll do well. Caring for another person means making sacrifices too. So, dating mistakes like these and others should be taken into consideration for forgiveness as well. Apologizing When We Hurt Our Friends or Partners

June 19th, 2008 by christidadgar

By Royane Real In every relationship there will be occasional misunderstandings and hurt feelings. Sometimes we are the one who hurt another person we care about; sometimes we are the one who has been hurt. Sometimes both people have become very angry at each other, or both feel hurt. Hurt feelings can be the result of a slip of the tongue, a misunderstanding, or a deed committed in bad judgment. Sometimes feelings are hurt deliberately in the heat of anger and regretted later. If we were the guilty party, we might regret what we said the instant we let the hurtful remark out of our mouths. We might want to apologize right away, but some of us find apologizing about anything extremely difficult, almost impossible. Sometimes the reason we dont apologize is because we are convinced that the other person totally deserved our angry outburst. Sometimes the reason we dont apologize is because we have absolutely no idea that we hurt the other person. And sometimes we apologize very profusely, but we dont really mean it. When you sincerely apologize to a friend, it means that you regret causing the other person emotional pain, and you want to work on repairing the friendship. If you have said or done something that hurt your friend or partner, it is important to acknowledge your loved ones painful emotions. You can say something like, Im so sorry you feel hurt because of what I said. I didnt mean to hurt you. Lets talk about what happened. In some relationships, hurt feelings and problems are never dealt with. Instead, they get swept under the rug. These relationships may look polite on the surface and they may even be long-lived, but they are not really very intimate. There is no deep sharing between the two people and there is no ability to be honest. If one, or both of you, are feeling very angry with the other, put off your in-depth discussion until both of you are to be calm and levelheaded. But apologize to your friend sincerely as soon as you can. Once an apology for a particular incident has been extended and accepted, dont go back and revisit old battles the next time you have a disagreement. Take care of each incident as it comes up and dont nurse old resentments. The Big Question for Any Relationship

June 15th, 2008 by christidadgar

By Neil Millar Ive got one big question. Its a question that will make everything in your relationship completely worthwhile even the bits that get on your nerves and cause you head and heart aches Its the type of question you wouldnt ordinarily ask - but thats okay, because you didnt know to ask it until now! For most people, relationships dont go smoothly. Undercurrents, disputes, emotions, periods, children, habits, morals, values, work hours and workloads, these are just a few of the kind of things that can cause conflicts. But what if I told you something What if I told you its not about the issue? My philosophy is that no issue is bigger than the relationship. If were honest its never really the issue that causes the problem. What causes the problem is the emotions behind the issue. And what causes the emotions? What causes the our relationship conflicts is, at the core, very rarely the issue thats in front of us now. This may seem hard to take at first so let me explain a little more. When we react to something someone says or does we are in effect re-acting - behaving in way we acted before. This is what we might call learned behaviour. We may have learned that behaviour in a number of ways: watching our parents behaviour in a relationship, seeing it on TV, our own experience etc. Are these learned re-actions appropriate in all circumstances? Id say no. A few days ago my partner made a sweeping statement that well to be frank, pushed all my buttons. What she said was like a red rag to a bull. Thankfully I caught myself before any real damage was done. I immediately knew there was nothing wrong with what she had said, or how she had said it. But the words she used, reminded me of someone else and a pattern of behaviour I ran with them. This is the type of conditioned, unconscious, response Im talking about. If your partner presses your buttons does it mean the relationship bad? Conflict doesnt have to mean the relationship is bad. It can indicate that you, or your partner, or most probably both of you, on occasions, have some things that you need to become more aware of. If you can begin to view your relationship as a playground to work these things out, the relationship can become a whole new arena of fun and games. And this is where my question can really help My question will get you thinking about the how you can help yourself and your relationship become a harmonious haven rather than a gladiators ring. It will help you be a more understanding person for your partner and it will help to spare you from saying things youll regret later. The question is profoundly simple. But when you ask it and use the outcome effectively you begin to take your relationship onto a new level. Things that used to cause you problems will vanish. And when new things come up theyll have very little power. When you find your buttons have been pushed the question you have to ask is this: Whats this really about? Simple isnt it. But it takes you right to the heart of the matter. As I said, relationship conflict is rarely about an issue and more to do with the conditioned responses. By asking my question what you do is take the conditioned behaviour and transform it into the conscious. In effect what begins to happen is this: you move beyond the past conditioned response that causes conflict and are left with the current issue. This question allows you to understand whats going on inside you. Knowing this means you can then bypass the past and deal with what is currently before you. But what if you dont want to move beyond the past? Then I guess youll continue to re-act it out until the pain and loss get the better of you. My very good wishesNeil I hope that my newsletter, on creating a better life, will help you create a life you deserve. Breast Growth - Stimulating Further Breast Growth in Women and Men

June 1st, 2008 by christidadgar

By Danna Schneider Breast growth occurs in teenage women as a normal part of puberty. This is caused by hormonal changes in the body, mainly associated with the adrenal gland, and the female sex hormone estrogen. So what happens when the breasts do not fully develop? There are options out there for young women to pursue who have not had their full breast growth potential realized. An alarming rate of young teenage women are actually going under the knife to achieve larger, fuller breasts as a means of defeating self esteem issues associated with the stigma of underdeveloped breasts in our society. The new wave of natural breast enhancement products, pills, and systems now offers young women and older women alike the chance to complete their natural breast growth cycle, and maximize new breast growth by stimulating and reactivating these glands into action, and promoting natural, healthy teenage breast growth or adult female breast growth. Female teenage breast development sometimes does not fully cycle, or is “stunted” by certain circumstances that may be hormonal or diet-related, and the breast tissue never reaches it’s full growth potential into adulthood. The reasons for this are widespread and laced with speculation. We do know that now young women who have been self conscious about their breast size can take matters into their own hands, and actually grow healthy breast tissue safely by either taking safe supplements or using other breast enlargement methods such as a suction device, hynosis, and even certain exercises that promise to sculpt and curve a more generous bustline. The best part is, since the breast growth is all natural tissue, you wont have to worry about breast implant hardening, and the many other medical complications and expenses that can come along with cosmetic surgery (not to mention undesirable results!) So, if youre one of the many young women who want larger, fuller, more sexy breasts, but you dont want to go under the knife there are alternatives available to you that don’t involve a plastic surgeon, or any foreign objects in your body! Inner Child Artwork

May 29th, 2008 by christidadgar

By Antonella Novi As a child, from three to nine years old, I had the pleasure of attending Kiers Kids N Stuff. In Martinez, California- the San Francisco Bay Area- it was the best day care around. Mrs. Kier had lots of qualified help, thus my sister Laura and I had many friends. To this day, 20 years later, I am still best friends with Kristen Dippo, my first friend ever. My favorite memories of my day care experiences are of doing art projects. Whether it was working with the salty clay, or simply coloring, I enjoyed the creative process. I loved bringing home my completed art so Mom and Dad could put it on display. I grew up and we moved to Washington. I continued to enjoy art, especially the natural flow of watercolors. Since I was young I took my time with my art pieces, so its no wonder I didnt meet the set deadlines in art class in high school, thus receiving a poor mark. While in college I used art as a means of de-stressing after a hard week of studying. One class I took incorporated natural environmental sculpture into the curriculum. It was fascinating to use the earth as my easel and its stones, leaves, and twigs as my tools for expression. Upon returning to Anacortes, I met Monica Oppel, the Arts and Crafts Coordinator, or the Art Lady of the Boys and Girls Club here in Anacortes. She told me it would be nice to have some help. So, in the summer of 2002 I joined her and about 15 kids for Art in the Park. Together we helped kids from ages 6-15 produce natural art through photographic paper (sun prints). As I helped the kids, I remembered myself when I was their age- curious, imaginative, and creative. Each piece of art produced was so different from the next. Each beautiful in its own way. I was excited to Volunteer the next day to see what the kids would make next with Monicas idea and my help. I will never forget the project the next day: Plant squishing (flower pounding) onto special absorbent fabric. This time I did the project with the kids. I asked THEM to help ME. A six year old boy handed me what flowers he thought would press well. The outcome was truly beautiful! At first I could only help The Art Lady at the Boys and Girls Club for an hour at the max. My tolerance and patience level was not strong enough to handle 20 kids all at once. But as the weeks and months wore on I built up stamina and courage. Now the longer I stay in the presence of the children the more fun I have. I learn from them, and I have become patient and aware of their creative needs. I now work two or three days a week with Monica. I even go in early to help her set up for projects, and sometimes stay long enough to help her clean up the messes. The Art Room is in a quiet nook, kind of separate from the rest of the Boys and Girls Club. The room is peaceful; we listen to relaxing music or show tunes. Some of the kids are regulars, while others rotate in and out. On a normal day The Art Lady and I usually handle from 10 to 30 kids. The art projects are different everyday. Sometimes we have three different projects going at once depending on their level of difficulty. Origami has been very popular recently. I have taken to sitting at the childrens level at the tables, and helping them one on one. I talk to them about their day at school and their families. I share my stories of what I was like when I was their age and what its like to be a young adult. We enjoy talking about animals, since I pet-sit a lot. I have many funny stories about the animals in my care. I have noticed that if I work on the project with the kids instead of just telling them what to do, I have more energy, and I have more fun too. So scattered around my home are remnants of my weekly rendezvous in the Art Room. I have a bean mosaic, three collages, a colorful woven rag rug, a hand-made picture frame with positive words, a salted watercolor, painted ceramic magnets, and I am sure there are more goodies that I have passed on to friends. I framed two art pieces made by Chloe (a bunch of leaves in the pattern of a frog) and Amanda (a princess). Everyday that I attend the Boys and Girls Club Arts and Crafts Room is like an adventure. It is a time warp back to my childhood. A chance to be creative, yet helpful. First I would like to say a personal thank you for taking the time to read this article. I hope you enjoyed reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it. My interests vary from character sketches, slivers of insight into my life, stories about animals and nature, and more. If you have an interesting idea for a story, but can’t seem to get your ideas to fit into form, please contact me and we can work on your story together. I love to brainstorm, and talk-story with people who also appreciate the craft of writing. You are welcome to learn more about me on my web-site: http://www.myspace.com/teefrog I am open to suggestions and encourage honesty in reference to my writing. Tegaserod Maleate Side Effects

May 26th, 2008 by christidadgar

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Robert_McKay] Robert McKay Zelnorm (tegaserod maleate), marketed by Novartis Pharmaceuticals, is a prescription medication used for short-term treatment of irritable bowel syndrome in women. The drug made it onto the market in July of 2004 when the United States Food and Drug Administration approved it for sale. The drug is intended for use for only several weeks or months. Zelnorm is primarily used in women and has not been tested thoroughly in men. Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is also called spastic colon. It is a functional gastrointestinal disorder that affects more women than men. About one in five of every American suffers from IBS. Generally, patients suffering from irritable bowel syndrome experience a range of intestinal problems including, but not limited to, bloating, pain, cramping, constipation, and diarrhea. Usually, a bowel movement will reduce or eliminate the symptoms for a period of time. However, relief is temporary and the patient must rely on changes in diet, stress reduction, and even medications, such as Zelnorm. Zelnorm, as with any other drug, prescription or otherwise, does have side effects. The side effects range from mild to severe and do not affect every patient. Additionally, every patient that experiences a side effect may not experience them all. The more mild side effects include headaches, abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea, dizziness, flatulence, and migraine. It is also suggested that patients that may be predisposed to diarrhea, kidney failure, liver disease, gallbladder disease, bowel obstructions, or abdominal adhesions not take Zelnorm because the drug may worsen these symptoms. [http://www.schmidtandclark.com/Zelnorm/ ] Zelnorm has become controversial in recent months because of the more serious side effects that it causes in many patients. These more serious side effects include rectal bleeding or bloody diarrhea, new or worsening abdominal pain, heart attack, stroke, angina pectoris, Intestinal Ischemia, Colonic Ischemia and Ischemic Colitis. Serious Side Effects The most serious, and potentially fatal, side effects are of course angina, heart attack, stroke, Intestinal Ischemia, Colonic Ischemia and Ischemic Colitis. Angina is a very serious side effect of Zelnorm. Angina is a chest pain that occurs when the heart muscle does not get enough blood. Typically, the pain resembles pressure or squeezing in the chest area that also can spread to shoulders, arms, neck, jaw, and back. Often, angina is mistaken for indigestion. Usually, angina is the most common type of heart disease and as it progresses, the heart muscle is fed less and less blood and oxygen. A heart attack is also a very serious side effect of Zelnorm. A heart attack occurs when blood and oxygen to the heart is blocked, usually by a clot. Without treatment, the heart muscle will die. Without immediate treatment, the consequences could be fatal. Stroke, or cerebrovascular accident (CVA), is a very serious side effect of Zelnorm. A stoke will occur when the blood supply to the brain, or any part of the brain, is blocked. When this blockage occurs, the patient suffers a sudden loss of neuronal function. A stroke causes brain cells to be seriously damaged or even die. If the patient does not receive medical treatment immediately, serious brain damage or death may occur. Zelnorm may be an effective medication to treat irritable bowel syndrome however it is not without risk. For most people, the drug will alleviate the symptoms of IBS but may also cause more serious side effects such as angina, heart attack, stroke, Intestinal Ischemia, Colonic Ischemia or Ischemic Colitis. What Is A Burglary Charge?

May 17th, 2008 by christidadgar

By Robert Davis Greetings to all; A burglary crime is a crime committed when a person breaks into, enters unlawfully, or forcefully enters a dwelling, vehicle or other habitat maintained or own by another person. If you break into a home, that’s a burglary. If you break into a vehicle, mobile home, storage facility, garage, etc, that’s burglary. It doesn’t matter if someone is home or not. The crime is committed because you unlawfully placed yourself in a place you are not authorized to be in. Suppose the owner gave you permission to enter the dwelling but upon arriving, you had to use force to enter the dwelling? If the owner concurs, it’s not a burglary. If the owner had given you permission, but later informs the police that he did not give it, it’s a burglary charge. Why did I bring this odd example into play? I knew of a person that was set up like this. This is why you should be very careful taking someone’s word about entering anyplace without permission. Personally for me, if their not family or very good friends, I’m not going in. I rather wait until they arrive or come with me. This is a very old vindictive game played by many people in the 30’s and 40’s. You simply set your enemy up. It will work today as well as back then. Understand that the law is based on it’s written meaning. A District Attorney could place you in jail for a very long time based on the meaning and wording of the law, not on your intent. Be careful where you go, what you do, and who you listen to. It’s a very dangerous world out there! This author submits professional articles to http://www.ezinearticles.com His articles informs citizens about how to handle different situations when confronted by the police. He is a former award winning police officer. Mr. Davis is an authorize speaker to young police recruits in Louisiana. He is also a master in wilderness suvival. In addition, Mr. Davis has been a featured guest on many television shows detailing how to detect rogue police officers as well as a defense against such officers. Patient Assistance Programs In Place of Medicare Part D

May 9th, 2008 by christidadgar

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Darwin_Corby] Darwin Corby Some of the large pharmaceutical companies offer an assistance program to those who can not afford the cost of medication and have no insurance or government help. This is truly a blessing for those who receive this help. This is an alternative to medicare part d The process requires filling out forms, proving your income (or lack there of) and your doctor signing the form and submitting a prescription. The process can take several months for your medication to be approved and shipped to you. You will also have to reapply periodically; how often you must reapply depends on the policies of that medication company. There is a group in Utah who specializes in filling out the paperwork for you for a small fee. Find Out If You Qualify Some PAPs require those with a slightly larger income to make a co-payment for a portion of the cost of their medications. Others charge no co-payment to anyone. Each drug company is free to set their own guidelines on whom and how much they will help low-income and uninsured patients. This is similar to the medicare part d “Extra Help” program. Because it can take quite a bit of time to be approved for these programs, what can be done in the meantime to obtain affordable medication? If your doctor happens to have samples, you may be able to obtain some or all of the medication you need until your PAP medications arrive. However, this is not usually the case. If you find yourself un-insured while awaiting approval of a PAP, you will need to find the very lowest prices available while making certain you are obtaining top-quality medications. The new medicare part d government plan can be helpful, but has monthly fees and an annual deductible. A Good Alternative Canadian mail order sources are probably a better alternative. To ensure that you are dealing with a legal and reputable source, select a company that requires confirmation of your prescription by your U.S. doctor as well as sign off by a Canadian doctor. Just be careful though, any company that advertises “no prescription required” is operating illegally as well as without standard pharmacy ethics. Most of these companies have been shut down, but beware if you locate a company offering this type of service. Hopefully, you can get help through PAPs if you need this assistance. However, many people are turned down each year. To help you while you are applying, search for and review Canadian mail order prescription services to find the best prices available. Money In Money Out

May 3rd, 2008 by christidadgar

By John Gibb You open it, close it, and reopen it at least twice a day. One of your most important storage devices, your wallet, has evolved over the years to an important financial tool and a personal journal. Storing receipts, bills, paper money, coins, credit or debit cards, your drivers license and even your local supermarket membership card, your wallet is perhaps the most important piece in your pocket or purse. But keeping score of your weeks spending and managing to stay under your budgets limit, is something that needs more precise effort than frequently checking the amount of cash you have left inside your wallets compartments. Special tools, such as software applications, most of them stored in the memory of an electronic device like a personal computer or a blackberry, are extensively used for similar purposes since they assist contemporary busy individuals handle their finances, apart from their daily schedules. But these types of technologies cannot work without the necessary feedback from their user, meaning that the data needed to configure the spending limits of a person have to be entered into the systemor software programfrom the individual himself or online through their choice of financial institution if the necessary permission is given and the application allows such information to be stored automatically into the system. If you think of it, is like an invisible hand opens and closes your own wallet, but not with an intention to harm your finances. On the contrary, the issue here is to protect your saving and increase your investments profit margins. So, it is like having a virtual friend, who acts according to your rules and takes care of your own pockets. Some applications have preinstalled features, like alarms, which are used by people to control as much as possible their spending patterns and allow them to feel free to spend up until a certain limit; how ironic does this actually sound. Yet, the ones who feel comfortable using such machines and program applications are mostly interested in keeping their finances organized and their future plans under control. It is not a matter of choice to them, as much as it is a necessity. Whichever your personal view on this subject is, you should be aware that these systems and applications exist, in order to be able to decide on your own whether or not you want to give them a try. Especially if you think that people will indeed someday stop worrying about loosing or someone stealing their wallets, then you should begin examining the horrifying scenario that one has now to worry in case he or she forgets a code, looses a password, or finds out that his identity has been stolen.
